Notes:

  • The term "delegates" includes both authors and visitors.
  • An "author" is defined as the main author of a contribution, i.e. the person who is in charge of uploading the abstract and full paper. There is only one author per contribution.
  • A "visitor" is defined as somebody attending the Conference who is a) not authoring any paper, or b) co-authoring a paper which was handled and uploaded by a colleague (the main author).
  • If you plan on attending the Conference and you have not registered yet (for example, because the abstract and paper were handled by one of your co-authors), you must register as a visitor. By registering, you will obtain a username and password which will allow you to access the fee payment area.
