Presentation & Audio-Visual Information

Audio-visual Information

Each lecture room is equipped with a computer running Windows XP (or Windows Vista), with Microsoft Office and Acrobat Reader. Please upload your presentation ahead of time to minimize delays.

Authors are allowed to use their own portable computers if they wish. In all cases, please check your hardware or software ahead of time! One lecture room will be available for this purpose at all times during the conference.

Oral Presentations

Each author is allowed only one oral presentation. The length of each presentation is 20 minutes, plus 5 minutes for discussion. Please help us run a smooth parallel-session conference, by strictly respecting your time slot. Check with your Session Chairman before the beginning of your session, so that he/she is informed of your presence and can check the right pronunciation of your name.

Poster Presentations

There are no specific poster formatting instructions. However, the posters should not exceed A0 format, i.e. 841mm of width and 1189mm of height.

Poster presenters are required to mount their posters on Wednesday, July 1st from 8.00 to 9.00. The Conference Staff will be available to assist in the location and mounting of the posters.

Delegates are expected to be present at their respective poster locations during the poster session on Wednesday, July 1st from 11.20 to 12.40.
