Abstract Submission Process

Prospective authors should submit an extended abstract (three pages maximum) electronically through the Congress web site www.multibody2009.org by December 5th, 2008 (now postponed to December 19th, 2008), according to the following instructions:

• Prepare an abstract according to the formatting rules of the Conference (please refer to the menu on the left, following the links For Authors ‑> Abstract and Paper Templates);
• Convert the document to the the Portable Document Format (PDF);
• Name the file as Surname1Surname2Surname3_abstract.pdf, where Surname1, Surname2 and Surname3 are the last names of the abstract authors;
• Register as an Author on the Conference web site, providing all necessary contact information (please note, only the corresponding author needs to register). In case of a successful registration, the system will send you an email of confirmation with username and password for the access to the web site; 
• Log onto the system using your username and password;
• Upload the abstract to the Conference web site, by selecting For Authors ‑> Abstract and Paper Upload in the menu on the left, and following the instructions;
• If you were invited by a Symposium Organizer, in the Comments section add "Invited by NameOfOrganizer"; otherwise, leave this field blank;
• In the Symposium Section, select the symposium that best reflects the area of your contribution. If you are unsure, leave this field blank.

Paper Submission Process

Authors of accepted contributions (both for oral and poster sessions) should  submit a full paper electronically through the Congress web site www.multibody2009.org by March 20th, 2009 (now postponed to April 13th, 2009),  according to the following instructions:

• Prepare the paper according to the formatting rules of the Conference (please refer to the menu on the left, following the links For Authors ‑> Abstract and Paper Templates);
• Convert the document to the the Portable Document Format (PDF);
• Name the file as Surname1Surname2Surname3_paper.pdf, where Surname1, Surname2 and Surname3 are the last names of the paper authors;
• Log onto the system using the username and password that you provided when you first registered as an Author on the Conference web site. Note: do not register again to upload your paper, you must use the same registration that you used for your abstract;
• Upload the paper to the Conference web site, by selecting For Authors ‑> Abstract and Paper Upload in the menu on the left, and following the instructions;
• You can also update the file of your paper if you wish, by the deadline of March 20th, 2009 (now postponed to April 13th, 2009).
